Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Lead to join our team at T&B Chinese Cuisine Inc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position with 35 hours of work per week.

You will be responsible for demonstrating new cooking techniques and equipment to our cooking staff, supervising activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers, and creating new recipes.

In addition, you will instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food, supervise cooks and other kitchen staff, consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets, and specialty functions, plan menus, and ensure food meets quality standards.

As an Executive Culinary Lead, you will also train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $50,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of culinary arts and leadership skills
