The Coast Kamloops Hotel and Conference Centre is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team.

About the Job

This is a permanent full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 1 year of administrative experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Establish priorities and ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Carry out a range of administrative activities, including assembling data and preparing reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
