The successful candidate will have a strong background in release management, with experience in planning, coordinating, and executing releases across multiple teams and projects. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining release plans, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain release plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute releases, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of IT services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements, and ensure that release plans align with business objectives
  • Monitor and report on release progress, identifying and escalating any issues or concerns
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • Previous experience in release management, IT project management, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles and service management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency
What We Offer

Tata Consultancy Services offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
