Job Description

Highbrow LLC is seeking an experienced Release Train Operations Manager to lead and coordinate the release process for our agile teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize the flow of value through releases using various tools such as Scrum and Kanban, ensuring efficient delivery of features and improvements.
  • Foster collaboration and alignment among development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to drive strategic goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate successful delivery of features by considering dependencies, order, and architecture, leveraging expertise in Agile management tools.
  • Analyze and track key metrics and dashboards to monitor releases, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Escalate and resolve impediments from teams within their release scope, ensuring smooth progress towards business outcomes.
  • Develop and recommend technical strategies and solutions to maintain or expand service levels, aligning with risk appetite and risk management practices.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a Release Train Engineer role, with 100% commitment to serving in this capacity.
  • 1+ year of experience as a Coach, Product Manager, or Scrum Master, demonstrating strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Certified SAFE Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFE Program Consultant (SPC), or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification, showcasing expertise in Agile methodologies.
  • 1+ year's experience with Agile Management tools, facilitating seamless integration and optimization.
  • 3-5+ years of Agile-related experience, solidifying knowledge and skills in Agile frameworks and principles.
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required in a related field such as information technology, computer science, Business Administration – Masters preferred, indicating a strong foundation in relevant disciplines.
