About The Role

We are seeking an exceptional IT professional to join our ERP Capabilities Team as the Associate Manager, Release Management. This key role will play a vital part in implementing and reporting against KHC Release Management principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain release management standards and documentation, ensuring seamless adherence to Kraft Heinz global IT standards and procedures.
  • Manage SAP outages with cross-functional global teams, providing timely communication and mitigating associated impacts.
  • Coordinate cutover through SAP landscapes (F/D-> Prod) and facilitate Hypercare for major releases, implementations, and other projects.
  • Lead monthly releases, including coordination with Change Management and Test Hub, and perform routine transport management activities.
  • Contribute to annual and forward planning release calendars, maintaining relationships between different teams during cutover and project release activities.
  • Provide release reporting metrics, follow-up on overdue/abandoned items, and maintain release repositories with associated documentation.
Additional Contributions
  • Present release status at weekly Leadership meetings, identifying and reporting upon release risks/issues from a Release perspective.
  • Define release scope with IT leads and Project Managers, communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes.
  • Report upon and conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews, defining Technical Go-live activities per plans and checklists.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent leadership capabilities, strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Experience working in multinational companies operating in the consumer goods environment is highly valued, as well as proficiency in testing methodology, subject areas, and activities.

A proven track record of successful assignments and positive results, along with experience in handling and leading escalations, managing resolution of critical issues, and coordinating with PMO, is essential.

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this position, based on industry standards and location, ranges from $120,000 to $180,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
