Job Description

Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager, Transportation Execution to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of transportation programs, ensuring seamless delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Day-to-Day Execution: Ensure successful delivery of transportation programs, driving network optimization, and executing configuration changes in partnership with our Tess team.
  • Use Analytics to Improve Performance: Utilize data analytics, dashboards, and queries to deep dive and improve network share, volume attainment, DEA, and other performance metrics. Partner with the right teams to operationalize these projects.
  • Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with STP/MTP/LTP teams in potential expansions, launches, and deprecations.
  • Set Clear Objectives: Leverage data analytics to drive improvements and achieve metrics. Navigate and resolve ambiguities in business scenarios, applying creative problem-solving skills.
  • Foster Collaboration: Foster collaboration with internal and external partners to successfully plan and deliver for High-Value Events (HVEs).
  • Evaluate and Prioritize Projects: Evaluate and prioritize projects in conjunction with impact and urgency. Identify and mitigate risks, preventing them from escalating into major issues.
  • Communicate Effectively: Regularly communicate with senior managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to support key business initiatives. Ensure clear visibility of milestones and project performance.
Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Program or Project Management Experience
  • 3+ Years of Working Cross-Functionally with Tech and Non-Tech Teams Experience
  • 3+ Years of Defining and Implementing Process Improvement Initiatives Using Data and Metrics Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Advanced Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
  • Experience Defining Program Requirements and Using Data and Metrics to Determine Improvements
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ Years of Driving End-to-End Delivery and Communicating Results to Senior Leadership Experience
  • 3+ Years of Driving Process Improvements Experience
  • Experience in Stakeholder Management, Dealing with Multiple Stakeholders at Varied Levels of the Organization
  • Experience Building Processes, Project Management, and Schedules
  • Experience in Complex Problem Solving and Working in a Tight Schedule Environment
