Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Posner & Ma LLP. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Tasks
- Implement new administrative procedures and policies to improve office efficiency
- Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and effective
- Delegate work to office support staff and provide guidance and training as needed
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and record-keeping
- Office Management
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Support Services
- Provide physical accessibility accommodations, such as ramps and elevators
- Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition
- Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
The primary language of work is English.
Work HoursThe work hours are 35 hours per week.
