Field Service Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Workforce Temporary and Permanent Staffing Solutions. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing machinery and equipment at client sites.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a customer-facing field service technician, with a strong background in electrical or millwright work. You will be detail-oriented, communicate effectively, and possess technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment at client sites
  • Install new equipment and perform routine maintenance
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a customer-facing field service technician
  • Strong background in electrical or millwright work
  • Detail-oriented and effective communicator
  • Technical expertise and problem-solving skills
