Service Technician in the Field

We are pleased to present an opportunity for a Field Operations Technician with a leading global organization that offers the flexibility to work remotely or from the office. This role includes the use of a company vehicle and competitive compensation exceeding six figures once the necessary experience and skills are acquired.

Ideal candidates will have a background in food packaging or manufacturing, particularly with experience in thermoforming. However, those with substantial electrical or millwright expertise in a comparable role or industry will also be considered. The position requires travel to various locations approximately one week every six weeks. Standard working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, but flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the sales team and customers outside of these hours.

No certifications required; experienced Field Service Technicians who have been with the company for over five years are earning upwards of $120,000.

Essential Qualifications:

The successful applicant will possess at least two years of experience in a customer-facing field service role. Attention to detail, effective communication skills, and technical proficiency are crucial. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and installing company machinery, as well as, to a lesser extent, third-party equipment.
