Job Title: Board Certified Behaviour Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behaviour Analyst to join our ABA department.

As a Senior ABA therapist, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide a unique educational and therapeutic intervention for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consulting with classroom programs to develop and implement individualized behaviour plans
  • Providing training and support to teachers and staff on ABA principles and behaviour management
  • Leading small groups in classrooms and conducting functional assessments
  • Writing treatment protocols and ongoing supervision of instructor therapists
  • Meeting with parents and communicating with the Clinical Supervisor
Requirements:
  • Three to five years of direct clinical experience in behaviour analysis or intensive behavioural intervention
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Natural Environment Teaching, Discrete Trial Teaching, and Precision Teaching
  • SBT experience and training an asset
  • BCBA certification or pursuing BCBA certification is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while still being part of the team
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
