Your key responsibilities will include consulting to classroom programs, supporting and training teachers and staff on ABA principles and behaviour management, and conducting assessments such as the ABLLS and VBMAPP. You will also be responsible for overseeing programming of clients, including analysis of data, making data-driven program changes, and writing and updating individualized plans.

We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge and experience in Natural Environment Teaching, Discrete Trial Teaching, and Precision Teaching. SBT experience and training are an asset, as is BCBA certification or pursuit of certification.

Key Responsibilities:

* Consulting to classroom programs

Requirements:

* Three to five years of direct clinical experience in behaviour analysis or intensive behavioural intervention

* SBT experience and training an asset
* BCBA certification or pursuing BCBA certification is an asset
* Ability to work independently and take initiative while still being part of the team
* Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
* Positive attitude, organized, and passion for learning
