Job Title: Lead Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst to join our team at Mircom Group of Companies. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in understanding and translating business needs into functional requirements for our Dynamics 365 systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Design and recommend solutions within D365 to address business needs.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of D365 implementation projects.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, solution designs, and process workflows.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or CBAP) are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP).
  • Proven analytical skills with strong ability to analyze data, recognize patterns, and solve problems.
  • Strong Critical Thinking skills to evaluate information and arguments, making reasoned judgments.
  • Fanatical attention to detail with precision in carrying out tasks and spotting errors or inconsistencies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills - verbal and written.
  • Highly motivated and ability to work independently.
  • Strong team player.
