Key Responsibilities

The National Theatre School of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to serve as Assistant to the CEO Office and Philanthropic Development.

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate board meetings and various committees, ensuring seamless execution and preparation of necessary materials;
  • Draft minutes, reports, and accounts in both English and French, submitting them for approval, sending, and follow-up;
  • Maintain and update the DonorPerfect database in collaboration with the external relations department;
  • Coordinate the scholarship awarding process for students;
  • Perform administrative tasks related to fundraising activities, including issuing tax receipts and accounting for revenue sources;
  • Ensure timely translation and correction of texts in English and French;
  • Filing of administrative documents.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field;
  • Excellent proficiency in English and French;
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office 365 suite;
  • Knowledge of DonorPerfect or similar fundraising software is an asset;
  • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is an asset;
  • Experience in the Montreal and Canadian artistic environment is an asset.
