Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and finances.
  • Culinary Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the culinary operation, including menu planning, food quality control, and kitchen management.
  • Team Development: Initiate and support training programs for all levels of staff, including management and culinary teams.
  • Local Collaboration: Collaborate with local suppliers and vendors to source high-quality ingredients and products.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgetary and financial aspects, including cost control, inventory management, and P&L accountability.

Requirements
