About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Swaagat the real taste of India. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Plan and execute menus that meet the dietary needs of our customers, while maintaining a high level of culinary excellence.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we always have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Setting: Restaurant
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Handling Heavy Loads: Lift and move heavy loads, including food, equipment, and supplies.
