We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Care Representative to join our team at HUB International Canada West ULC (Canada West). Key Responsibilities- Service and maintain existing fleet accounts
- Meet existing clients' needs and process documentation (Certificates of Insurance, Cover Notes, Renewals, Proposals, Endorsements)
- Review and ensure accuracy of policy documentation
- Contact clients for renewal information
- Take client calls and answer questions regarding coverages
- Update client information and policies as changes occur
- Answer account-related questions/requests from clients
- Provide policy and coverage information to clients upon request or inquiry
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
- Motivated to help support a diverse team
- Commercial Auto/Fleet experience
- Level 2 insurance license is preferred
- Pro-active and a self-starter
- A keen attention to detail
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver positive client experiences and meet their desired needs
- Demonstrated ability to communicate (written and verbal), present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Works well in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Motivated to contribute within a team environment
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A competitive variable compensation structure, including base salary and commission
