Claims Analytics Director

This role is a key contributor to the Claims Analytics team, responsible for driving business outcomes through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advanced analytics, with experience in claims data analysis and a proven track record of delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a comprehensive claims data strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the development of advanced analytics models and tools to support claims decision-making, including predictive modeling and data visualization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions, driving business outcomes and improving claims operations.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership, leveraging data insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring the Claims Analytics team remains at the forefront of claims data analysis and strategy.
- 10+ years of experience in advanced analytics, with a focus on claims data analysis and strategy.
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and driving business outcomes through data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes.
- ACAS designation or equivalent experience in actuarial science or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
