Job Overview

This role will lead the development of an advanced analytics team within the Claims department. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a data-driven culture, driving business insights, and informing strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, leadership experience, and a passion for driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement advanced analytics strategies to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead a team of analysts to build and maintain data-driven models, reports, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics and data science.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, analysts, and data scientists.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to ensure their growth and success.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, with a strong background in data science and machine learning.
  • Leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
