Job Summary

CHANG XIN CONSTRUCTION is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing files, and maintaining records.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Establish and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including team members and management.
    • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Office Management
    • Ensure the office is well-organized and equipped with necessary supplies and equipment.
    • Monitor and maintain office equipment, including printers, copiers, and computers.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and present regular reports to management on office operations and performance.
    • Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years
