Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen Pincher Creek. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules

Work Environment: Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to provide excellent customer service and ensure the quality of our food and service.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience

Work Setting: Restaurant

Supervision: 3-4 people

Personal Suitability: Flexibility, Team player
