Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our McDonald's restaurant team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.



Responsibilities

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports


Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


Working Conditions

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a team of up to 10 staff members. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant.
