About the Role

This permanent position offers an estimated annual salary of $45,000 - $60,000, based on 30-40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have excellent oral communication skills and be able to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
