Job Title: Guest Services Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Agent to join our team at LE GERMAIN HOTEL TORONTO MERCER. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
  • Reservation Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
  • Guest Services: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as points of interest in the area.
  • Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow emergency and safety procedures as required, ensuring the well-being of our guests and staff.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as assist clients/guests with special needs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
