Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service Delivery
    • Provide warm and friendly greetings to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
    • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including room assignments and key card distribution.
    • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest requests, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
    • Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure a smooth and efficient service delivery.
    • Collaborate with the front desk team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience
    • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Technical Skills
    • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems.
  • Availability and Flexibility
    • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
