Inside Sales Representative

Omnitrans is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales department in Montreal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and research
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives
Requirements:
  • College diploma
  • Minimum 3 years of business development experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate
  • Resilience in handling rejection and maintaining motivation
  • Technical logistics knowledge is an asset
  • Bilingual (French and English) written and spoken
