About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for promoting and implementing our company's total rewards offerings, conducting research into industry trends, and providing support for various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote and enhance our company's total rewards program
  • Conduct thorough research into total rewards trends and best practices
  • Provide support for annual total rewards activities, including salary reviews and bonus payouts
  • Perform various administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and total rewards
  • Proficiency in office applications and software, including HRIS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
