About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for promoting and implementing our company's total rewards offerings, conducting research into industry trends, and providing support to our HR team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote and enhance our company's total rewards program
  • Conduct thorough research into total rewards trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with our HR team to provide administrative support and assistance
  • Participate in annual total rewards activities, including salary reviews and bonus payouts
  • Implement various administrative duties to support the HR department
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and total rewards
  • Expertise in compensation and benefits, with a comprehensive knowledge of total rewards
  • Proficiency in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and initiative
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity
