Job Title: Total Rewards Specialist

Robert Half is seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Specialist to join our team in the Rexdale, Ontario area. As a Total Rewards Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and bringing awareness of the company's total rewards offerings, conducting thorough research into total rewards trends, and providing assistance in tailoring the total rewards program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working with a team to promote and bring awareness of the company's total rewards offerings.
  • Conducting thorough research into total rewards trends and providing assistance to tailoring the total rewards program.
  • Participating in annual total rewards activities such as the annual salary review and bonus payout process.
  • Implementing various administrative duties.
Requirements:
  • Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms.
  • Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Skilled with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Highly professional, able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity.
  • Pension plans experience.
  • Bonus Program experience.
  • Expertise in compensation and benefits.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Total Rewards.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
