Job Title: Total Rewards Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for promoting and implementing our company's total rewards offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research into total rewards trends and provide assistance in tailoring our total rewards program.
  • Participate in annual total rewards activities, including the salary review and bonus payout process.
  • Implement various administrative duties to support the HR department.
Requirements:
  • Eagerness to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility and a willingness to learn and take initiative on various tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms.
  • Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Skilled with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Highly professional, with the ability to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity.
  • Pension plans experience.
  • Bonus Program experience.
  • Expertise in compensation and benefits.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Total Rewards.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
