You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in oncology, immuno-oncology, and biologics drug development
  • A PhD in Pharmacology, Immunology, or a related field, plus 10+ years of experience in a biopharmaceutical industry setting; MSc with 15 years of relevant experience will also be considered
  • Proven interpersonal skills and ability to create value on cross-functional teams
  • Genuine curiosity and interest in discussing innovative ideas in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills to convey scientific and technical concepts with emphasis on application
  • Ability to independently identify project needs and implement solutions

We offer:

A competitive salary range of CAD $141,600 - $177,000 annually, commensurate with your education and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
