Bakery Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team at 2243439 ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring high-quality products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of bakers and sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Market Research and Planning: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Product Development and Pricing: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new products and pricing strategies that meet customer demands and drive revenue growth.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.
Work Environment and Requirements:
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and quality.
  • Work Term: Permanent position with a regular schedule.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 32 hours per week.
