Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administration services to group benefit clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims and other requests.
  • Manage employee records, including updating information as necessary to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist callers with plan inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Redirect calls to the Carrier Claims Office or other administrators as required.
  • Process employee changes, such as address updates and new drug cards, efficiently and accurately.
  • Support clients with online portal inquiries and login assistance, providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist with peer review, auditing, and recordkeeping tasks, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

Requirements
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Attention to detail, proofreading abilities, and mathematical aptitude, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Ability to work proactively and demonstrate initiative and creativity, contributing to the growth and success of the team.

What You Can Expect

Estimated salary range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and the requirements of the role.
