Job Overview
The Bunker Arcade is a newly opened entertainment venue in Blue Mountain Village, offering a unique blend of arcade games, F1 simulators, and a bohemian lounge with a full-service bar. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated staff to join our team as Fun Experience Managers.

About the Role
This role involves providing exceptional guest services while maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment. You will be responsible for greeting every guest with a smile, preparing and serving snacks and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and arcade area, and engaging with guests to provide information about our offerings. You will also handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy, operate the POS system efficiently, and collaborate with supervisors and management to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with a smile and ensure they feel welcome and at home in our venue
- Prepare and serve snacks and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and arcade area
- Engage with guests to provide information about arcade credit kiosks, game machines, F1 simulators, drink offerings, menu items, and specials
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- Operate the POS system efficiently for processing orders and payments
- Collaborate with supervisors and management to ensure seamless service during busy periods

Requirements
- Previous experience in entertainment venues or hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of guest service principles and practices within the restaurant or hotel industry is advantageous
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A positive attitude with a willingness to help others is essential for success in this role
- Smart Serve certification is required
