About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Butt Karahi. This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to kitchen staff, ensuring seamless integration into daily operations.
  • Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Prepare and cook food for regular customers or special guests, exceeding expectations with exceptional service.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, guaranteeing timely delivery and optimal stock levels.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, prioritizing their safety and satisfaction.

Compensation:
