Role Overview: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Voice Processing Software Engineer to spearhead the ARM-based adaptation of voice processing algorithms and ensure their integration across diverse platforms such as NXP, Qualcomm, and MTK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Algorithm Porting: Lead the ARM-based adaptation of voice processing algorithms, focusing on seamless integration and performance enhancement across various hardware platforms.
  • Middleware Development: Create and optimize Linux/Android middleware to support voice processing algorithms, facilitating robust system integration.
  • Driver Design: Design and implement Windows APO drivers to ensure effective audio processing and interaction with voice modules.
  • Tuning Tool Development: Develop and maintain tuning tools for voice processing modules, enabling precise calibration and optimization of audio performance.
  • Documentation: Generate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation covering porting processes, integration workflows, middleware, and driver development.
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of voice processing algorithms across multiple platforms to guarantee reliability and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in ARM-based adaptation of voice processing algorithms, with a strong focus on middleware and driver development.
  • Proficient in Linux/Android middleware development and Windows APO driver design.
  • Solid understanding of tuning tool design and audio processing optimization.
  • Familiarity with embedded systems and real-time audio processing.

Work Environment: Our office operates in a hybrid work model, supporting a combination of onsite and remote work. Candidates should be local or willing to relocate independently.
