About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of Engineering to join our team at Acuity Insights. As a key member of our Executive Leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our software development organization and driving our technology vision and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of software developers, data engineers, and IT professionals to deliver high-quality software products and services.
  • Develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives innovation and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of our products and services.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of technology and data assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and make recommendations for adoption and integration into our technology stack.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a VP of Engineering or equivalent role, with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex software projects.
  • Deep technical expertise in software development, data engineering, and IT, with a strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and data platforms.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of our industry and market trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
