About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary technology leader to join our Executive Leadership team as our first VP of Technology. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our technology vision and roadmap, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products, and leading our technology organization to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of software engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals to deliver high-quality software products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Drive innovation and adoption of emerging technologies, such as AI and cloud computing, to enhance our products and services.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our technology infrastructure and data.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of technology investments.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a CTO, VP, or Director of Engineering in a software development organization.
  • Strong technical expertise in software development, data science, and IT.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with technology strategy development and execution.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business goals and objectives.
