Job Title: VP of Engineering

We are seeking a highly experienced VP of Engineering to lead our platform engineering group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for empowering product engineering teams by delivering reliable core APIs, comprehensive documentation, enhanced developer experience, managed services, templates, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a large cross-functional platform engineering group.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service maturity standards in disaster recovery, monitoring coverage, and security practices.
  • Drive the team to enhance the overall developer experience.
  • Collaborate with product engineering teams to deliver reliable core APIs and comprehensive documentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading and scaling exceptional cross-functional engineering teams.
  • A strong technical background in Software Engineering (Python/Java), Data Tooling (Kafka), and DB's (Clickhouse, Postgres).
  • Exceptional Leadership experience with prior experience at Director/VP of Engineering level.
  • Experience working within large-scale data environments.

What We Offer:
