The Director of Strategic Growth will lead the Marketing & Business Development Department, reporting to the CEO. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing annual Business Development Departmental Plans & Budgets
- Identifying new processes for automation and speaking to the market to gather feedback
- Reviewing the effectiveness of market strategies and tactics by monitoring sales data, customer surveys, and benchmarking against major competitors
- Developing annual Marketing Plans, conducting market research, and establishing targets for market penetration, market development, and product/service development by sector and segment
- Acting as the primary media and public relations contact for the firm
- Maintaining contact with new customers to ensure a smooth onboarding process and presenting quotes to customers
- Keeping the sales funnel filled with good prospects and qualified leads on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Developing the sales team and providing best practices and training as needed based on company KPIs
- Leading the Sales Division, delivering alternative concrete solutions through 3D printing
- Planning and executing sales campaigns, assisting with industry trade show events, and negotiating and managing all construction and service contracts
- Managing customer relations

About YouThe right individual for this role will bring:
- 5+ years of experience leading a Sales Team in Construction with a background in concrete/formwork
- Solid working relationships with developers, general contractors, architectural/landscaping firms
- A hunter and a closer, this individual will bring a business mindset and project management experience
- Able to work on estimates/pricing
- Excellent communication skills
- Degree or technical diploma in Engineering or Construction Technology desirable
- Strong knowledge of construction management budgeting and design-build process
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, customer-oriented
