Join Our Team as a Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Specialist to drive the analysis, development, and implementation of business and social enterprise concepts. This role is pivotal in transforming innovative ideas into viable, impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough business analysis to evaluate the feasibility of social enterprise concepts.
  • Transform initial concepts into detailed, actionable business plans.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to refine and enhance project proposals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, project development, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in developing and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Familiarity with the conservation sector and social enterprise models is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in standard business software (e.g., MS Office, Project Management tools).
