**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct employee onboarding and ensure a seamless transition into the company
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics, including leaves, compensation, and benefits
- Resolve any HR-related issues that may arise, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in the development and implementation of Human Resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management, including data analysis and reporting
- Maintain employee files and records, ensuring compliance with labor regulations
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities

**Requirements and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a related role
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems
- Fluency in English and French, written and spoken
- Understanding of general Human Resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment and/or labor laws
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving and a result-driven approach
