HR Operations Specialist

Welcome to Pharmascience Inc., a leading generic pharmaceutical company where innovation meets excellence. As the HR Operations Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic Human Resources team and play a crucial role in managing employee data in our HR System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee data, including hire, termination, change requests, disability, and parental leave
- Ensure process integrity in the validation of HR requests
- Respond to employee inquiries via our HR Center
- Creation and management of reports
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and collaborate with the Payroll Department
- Support the Recruitment team in job postings, pre-employment processes, and onboarding
Requirements:
- Bilingual (French/English) – spoken and written
- Knowledge of an HR system (UKG or other) is desirable
- Ability to manage priorities and multitask
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive data
- Flexibility with a hybrid work model (3 days/week remote work)
- Participation in corporate culture values (entrepreneurship, teamwork, simplicity, and going above and beyond)
Education:
- Diploma of College Studies or better in Administration or related field
- Bachelor or better in Human Resources or related field
