As the HR Operations Specialist, you will be part of our Human Resources team and play a vital role in managing employee data in our HR System. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data entry for employee files (hire, termination, change request, disability, parental leave, etc.)
  • Ensure process integrity in the validation of HR requests
  • Respond to employee requests via our HR Center
  • Creation/Management of reports
  • Manage continuous improvement projects and participate in others when needed
  • Work closely with our Payroll Department
  • Support the Recruitment team (Job postings, pre-employment process, follow up with candidates, initialize onboarding process and preparation of hiring files)
