As the HR Operations Specialist, you will be part of our dynamic Human Resources team, responsible for managing employee data in our HR System and providing exceptional support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry for employee files (hire, termination, change request, disability, parental leave, etc.)
  • Ensure process integrity in the validation of HR requests
  • Respond to employee requests via our HR Center
  • Creation/Management of reports
  • Manage continuous improvement projects and participate in others when needed
  • Work closely with our Payroll Department
  • Support the Recruitment team (Job postings, pre-employment process, follow up with candidates, initialize onboarding process and preparation of hiring files)

Requirements:

  • Diploma of College Studies or better in Administration - Administration or related field
  • Bachelor or better in Human Resources or related field
