Senior Restaurant Operations Manager

About Us: Little George's Pizza & Pasta North is a leading provider of quality food and excellent customer service. We are seeking an experienced Senior Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant.
Job Summary: As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, training new employees, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff Activities: Directly supervise a team of staff members, coordinate tasks, and ensure efficient workflow.
- Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies Required for Meal Preparation: Accurately forecast ingredient and supply needs to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards: Conduct regular inspections to guarantee that food meets our high-quality standards and that customer service is exceptional.
- Address Customer Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly to customer complaints, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage: Accurately record and analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize efficiency.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Generate detailed reports on sales, stock levels, and other relevant metrics.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create efficient work schedules to meet business demands and staff availability.
