About the Role

Mink Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful execution of our business strategies.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the allocation of resources, including budgeting and financial planning, to ensure the effective use of our financial resources.
  • Communication and Representation: Represent Mink Solutions Inc. in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives to act on our behalf as needed.
  • Technology and Systems: Utilize inventory control software and other technology tools, including MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows, to manage our operations and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior management position, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, organized, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
