Food Service Operations Manager

Alberta LTD is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor revenues to determine labor costs and optimize staffing levels.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of food service staff, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve performance and productivity.
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial management.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food service management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
