Food Service Manager

Barakah Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent service and food quality.
- Menu Planning and Inventory: Collaborate with our culinary team to plan menus, estimate ingredient and supply needs, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and reports to ensure efficient operations and financial stability.
- Team Management: Hire, train, and develop a team of food service staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a food service leadership role, with a proven track record of success in customer service, team management, and financial management.
- Language: Fluency in English.
