We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Welding Process Expert to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our welding processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive welding work instructions to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Create and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of our personnel
- Design and implement weld quality and inspection criteria to guarantee exceptional results
- Provide coaching and guidance to our team members to improve their techniques and productivity
- Evaluate and assess personnel techniques to identify areas for improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:
