Technical Rubber Manufacturing Specialist

Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to monitor the performance of our rubber transformation processes and inspect our products to ensure they meet our customers' quality standards. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Process Monitoring:
- Developing and Updating Recipes: You will work closely with our manufacturing team to develop and update recipes to improve product quality and efficiency.
- Quality Control: You will be responsible for inspecting and measuring production tracks and raw materials to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Process Optimization: You will participate in process optimization initiatives to help meet quality and productivity targets.
- NCRs and Process Failures: You will issue and analyze non-conformance reports (NCRs) and work with our team to identify root causes of process failures.
- Training and Documentation: You will participate in the training of operators on rubber processing and maintain proper documentation of production interventions and process development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as chemical engineering or materials science
- Experience in rubber manufacturing or a related field
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
